Description: Project Title & Location: Oakland Harbor Navigation Improvement (50 Foot) Deepening Project, Inner & Outer Harbor Dredging, Phase 3B(Outer Harbor) and 3C (Inner Harbor), Alameda and San Francisco Counties, California. This procurement is Invitation for Bid (IFB) and is Unrestricted. Job Description: Phase 3B (Outer Harbor) work consists of dredging and disposal of approximately 1,566,000 cubic yards of wetland-cover (WC) and 82,000 cubic yards wetland non-cover (WNC) material and the construction a nd related work of an electrical substation from existing engineering plans. Phase 3C (Inner Harbor) work consists of option dredging and disposal of approximately 2,140,000 cubic yards of wetland-cover (WC) and 126,000 cubic yards wetland non-cover (WNC) material. Dredging of the wetland cover material shall be to a project depth of minus 46 feet MLLW, plus 1 foot allowable over-depth. Dredging of the wetland non-cover material with an environmental bucket as specified shall be to the point of refusal or to a depth of minus 46 feet MLLW plus 1 foot allowable over0depth, whichever occurs first. Transportation and delivery of the dredged material will be to the designated Montezuma Wetlands Project site and to the Middle Harbor Enhancement Area. Both Phas es 3B and 3C contain option work. A pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested plan holders on or about 13 July. Location, time and details will be provided at a later date. This procurement will be conducted under NACIS 237990. The size standard for this NACIS code is $17 Million. Estimated cost is between $10,000,000 to $25,000,000. It is import ant that you first go to this web site and under Contract Division home page, click on the advertised solicitation you are interested in. Go to Plan Holder Registration. This will require you to establish a user name and pass word. Keep the user name and p ass word and share it with anyone else in your organization that is responsible for registering your firm on the plan holders lists. With our new system you only have to do the full registration on time. If you have your user name and password you can alwa ys go back into the system and register for other jobs without having to go through the entire registration process. Select plans or specs from the drop down box and press the go button. This will take you to the next page, then from there click on file name and download. To do download amendments: Access the list of a dvertised solicitations. Select the desired solicitation and then click on the amendment number. At the next screen, click on the file name and download it. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. Please note that all contractors and potential contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
