Description: The Government plans to award a firm-fixed price contract(s) for insertion of polyurethane foam into four (4) Government furnished fuel tanks and four (4) portable fuel cans which are then to be shipped at Contractor's expense to Aberdeen Proving Gro und, MD. The Government will conduct testing of the fuel tanks and fuel cans which will include shooting them with 7.62mm armor piercing incendiary (API) rounds.
