Document Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Solicitation Number: W15P7T-04-R-P035 Classification Code: Professional, Administrative & Mgt Support Services Set Aside: Total Hub-Zone Set-Aside Description: The US Army CERDEC Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) has a requirement for a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), task order type contract for System Software Quality Assessment & Audit Services. This requirement will include the application of a quality process management approach that incorporates software quality assessments, vulnerability detection, unique audit & analysis methodologies and customized assessment tool packages. To be used agai nst highly complex lines of source code for various software systems supported by the U.S Army CERDEC, and specifically systems supported by I2WD. The contractor is required to apply an approach, methodology, commercial automation technologies, process te chniques, methods, scripts and tools which have a history and are capable of assuring value and mitigating risk. This will provide software quality management and control for the Government. The Government is not looking to develop new techniques for the services required but to take advantage of processes already being utilized in the contractor's day-to-day activities. Unique and/or proprietary processes that can be properly verified and documented, satisfying the Government's requirements are accepta ble. The Government anticipates release of the solicitation in the late July timeframe. At that time, all pertinent documents will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (formerly the IBOP) website at: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil This project is set-aside for HUBZone qualified firms only.
