- The purpose of this posting is to advise all parties interested in submitting a proposal under REVISED Topic S0407 for the Multi-dimensional, Assured, Robust Communications for an On-the-move Network (MARCON)-i Science and Technology Objective (STO) that the proposal submission due date has been extended FROM 11 June 2004 TO: 14 June 2004 , 12 NOON Eastern Standard Time. Th is extension is due to the President's declaration of 11 June 2004 as a national day of mourning due to the unfortunate passing of (Former) President Ronald Reagan.
