Description

Interior and Exterior Painting and other associated work for Spangdahlem Air Base and GSU's under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Type Contract. The performance period for this project is one basic year and four option years. The guaranteed minimum is $20,000.00 for each: the basic year and all option years. The magnitude of this project is Estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 dollars. This solicitation is only intended for local sources in accordance with federal acqusition regulation 5.202(A)(12). Local sources are those sources normally resident, licensed and registered to conduct contraction business in Germany. Offers from non-local sources will not be considered under this solicitation.
