Description

UPDATE 08 JUN 2004: The proposed action is for Custodial Services, Area B, WPAFB. The Request for Proposal (RFP) has been posted. See attached files for the RFP, Bid Schedule (Exhibit A), Statement of Work (Attachment 1), Work Load Data (Appendix 5.1), BLDG Data Sheets and Maps (Appendix 5.2,), Wage Determination (Attachment 2), Instructions to Offerors (Attachment 3), and Past Performance Questionnaire (Attachment 4). The RFP post date is 08 JUN 2004. The RFP response date is 07 JUL 2004. Please contact Robert Hixenbaugh by telephone, 937-257-6147 extension 4522; email, robert.hixenbaugh@wpafb.af.mil; or mail, 88 ABW/PKVB, Attention: Robert Hixenbaugh, 1940 Allbrook Drive, Suite 3, Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433-5309. The Operational Contracting Branch (88 ABW/PKSA) of the Aeronautical Systems Center will issue a solicitation approximately 28 MAY 2004 for Custodial Services of Area B at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Period of Performance is estimated 1 NOV 04 through 31 OCT 05. This contract includes provision for four one-year option periods. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for HUBZone concerns. The Classification Code is S201, Custodial ? Janitorial Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICs) code for this acquisition is 561720, Size Standard: $14.0 million. A HUBZone concern in this NAICS code cannot exceed $14.0 million average gross revenue over the last 3 fiscal years. The Request for Proposal (RFP), the Statement of Work (SOW), and information regarding the pre-bid/pre-proposal conference (site-visit) will be posted on the ASC PreAward Information Exchange System (PIXS) at Wright- Patterson AFB OH (http://www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil) at a later date. The RFP will be issued approximately 28 MAY 2004 on PIXS (see above web address). NO HARD COPIES WILL BE SENT. All responsible HUBZone sources may submit a proposal and shall be considered.
