- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 0001- System G-Max 9000 Pro Series-480 FPS display 480 FPS record, computer security system to include a Pentium 4 or equilvalent, 2.0 or higher GHZ CPU w/ Windows XP Pro, 1GB Ram, 200 or higher GB hard drive, sound card, DVD/RW +RW x2, 16 port video capture AGP card w/ minimum 1 channel audio, recording/viewing software, 16 color digital cameras with mounts, rack mount case, 3 1/2" diskette drive, 10/100 LAN adaptor, 56K hardware modem, keyboard, mouse. Should include equal or equivalent to "Watchdog" technology monitors the DVR system's Performance and will restart the security system if any faults, delays or lock-ups are detected. After restart, the security system is brought back to the same condition of recording and display it was in, prior to error detection. 1 Ea, or equal. 0002- Installation of all equipment and cabling. Contract should also include all necessary labor for install. 1 Ea FOB: Destination for delivery to Bldg 1600, Sheppard AFB TX 76311 This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FUVFS414101. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard 423610 , Size Standard, 500 Emp, applies to this procurement.IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
