Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Western NY Healthcare System - medical center at Buffalo NY has a requirement for window washing at our Buffalo and Batavia facilities. The work includes, but is not limited to an extensive list of windows throughout the buildings that require cleaning of both the interior and exterior sides, the cleaning those window?s screens and sills. This requirement is a set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business. The NAICS code is 561720, Janitorial Services, with a small business size standard of $14.0 million. RFP 528-62-04 is attached, including a description of work, contract clauses and SF 1449. Interested parties have until June 22nd to submit a proposal, along with qualifications and capabilities to provide such services. All responses must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Scott Fiscus (90-NCA) at the above address.
