The Cine Capture System is the only system available that is designed specifically to work with the Heartlab ENCOMPASS System This proposed action in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. If, however, any source believes it can furnish the system described above it is encouraged to furnish, in sufficient detail, their ability to comply with the above requirement as well as references from other customers who are using the same system.
