Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Boise, ID is soliciting proposals to provide Pharmacy Support Services to the Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC's) of VISN 20 which includes the states of Alaska, Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Contractor to provide traditional prescriptions, screening, counseling, and dispensing of up to a ten (10) day supply of emergency medications to VA patients enrolled in approved CBOC's. Contract is for one year with four (4) one year pre-priced options to renew. Evaluation criteria are described in RFP 531(C)-36-04 and in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws. Offers are due no later than 4:30 PM local time, June 28, 2004. Offers are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any subsequent amendments. North American Industry Classification Code for this procurement is 424210 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is offered on an unrestricted basis to all qualified proposers. This is a negotiated procurement and there will be no public bid opening. The solicitation is available as a web based document and should be downloaded by interested offerors.
