Description: This project includes re-roofing and insulation of attic spaces in Forest Service homes in Panguitch, UT. The scope of work consists of removing existing ceder shingle roof, sheathing over existing rafters, standing seam metal roofing, removing existing and installing new vented soffit, and adding insulation to the attic areas of one home. The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, labor, and equipment to complete the job. The project is located at 425 West Main Street in Panguitch, UT. There will be a formal site visit. This project is estimated between $25,000 - $100,000. Solicitation will be uploaded to FedBiz on approximately June 22, 2004.
