- PR-No. NPE04114000423, NSN 1420-01-221-4086, Cell Amplifier I/A/W Naval Air Systems Command (30003) Drawing 639AS3667. Contractors not previously waived for First Article Testing will be required to complete Government First Article Testing. Government Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Approved source Rodelco Electronics Corp. (59926). Quantity to-be-determined to be delivered to W62G2T Stockton,CA at the rate of 200-each every 30 days therafter. Various Increments Solicited: 100 to 199, 200 to 299, 300 to 399, 400 to 499, 500 to 599, 600 to 700. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Full and Open Competition applies. See note 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 23June 2004. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is restricted. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. The proposed procurement is a Firm Fixed Price Contract. FOB Designation. While price may be significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
