Description

The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Upstate NY Service Center, Syracuse, NY has a requirement for Snow Plowing/Removal Services at the Clinton County, NY border stations - Champlain (bulk of work), Old Champlain, Overtons Corners, Mooers and Rouses Point. The contractor will be responsible for providing and maintaining safe conditions for vehicles and pedestrians on all paved surfaces 24 hours per day/7 days per week including Federal Holidays. This will be a requirements contract for the Base Period of October 1, 2004 through April 30, 2005 with four (4) seven-month Option Periods. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS Code is 561790; Size Standard $6.0 Million. All responsible sources may submit a response to the Request For Quotations (RFQ) which will be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically ONLY on or about June 9, 2004. The RFQ due date will be on or about June 30, 2004. Facsimile quotes will be accepted (FAX number below). All responses to the RFQ will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Interested parties may access the solicitation at the Electronic Posting System (FedBizOpps), http://www.eps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and to monitor the site for possible amendments and/or further information. THERE WILL BE NO PAPER COPIES.
