Description
This announcement constitutes as an official Sources Sought Notice for MARKET RESEARCH ONLY and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or an obligation on the part of the Government. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS EXIST AT THIS TIME. Service Disabled Veteran Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, 8(a), Woman-Owned Small Businesses, and HUBZone Certified Businesses are encouraged to participate. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Notice or otherwise pay for information requested. No entitlement of payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of submission of responses and Government use of information. This Sources Sought Market Survey is seeking to identify interested small businesses with the capability and experience to furnish services to include all necessary supervision, labor, equipment, and materials for pick-up, transporting, and disposal of nonhazardous solid waste for the VA Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona. Estimated requirements include: One (1) - 40 cubic yard dumpster approximately once a week, One (1) - 42 cubic yard dumpster two times a week, Five (5) - 6 cubic yard dumpsters two times a week, and One (1) - 8 cubic yard dumpster two times a week. The performance period considered for this acquisition is for a base period plus four option years. The North American Industry Classification System Number (NAICS) for this service is 562111 and Business Size Standard is $10.5 Million. In order to assess set-a-side possibilities, interested parties are invited to respond by submitting a qualifications letter identifying your business as: 1) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); 2) Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB); 3) 8(a); 4) HUBZone Small Business; 5) Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB); 6) Small Business (SB).
