Description

The VAMC New Orleans has a requirement for statistical analysis of inpatient and outpatient surveys. The Contractor shall have the technical knowledge and capability to design a statiscally sound sample of patients from VA databases; the technical knowledge and capability to receive an electronic sample list; the technical knowledge and capability to send out, receive and analyze surveys from the target population; the technical knowledge and capability to set up, host and maintain a web-site that contains the inpatient and outpatient satisfaction survey results; the technical knowledge and ability to generate statistical survey reports in comprehensive yet user-friendly report formats; the ability to generate and produce graphic representations of quantifiable data, including multi-group comparisons that facilitate the interpretation of group comparisons with similar medical centers; the capability to customize the benchmarking comparisons by geographic and academic variables; capability to host all reports on a secure web server, and to create varied levels of access to selected reports by selected individuals or groups. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be due by 4:00pm, COB 06/18/2004.
