- SCOPE OF WORK FOR STARS UPGRADE FOR ATCT AND BASE BUILDING, LUBBOCK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, LUBBOCK, TEXAS Work includes, but is not limited to, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical work necessary to complete the following: remodel/build and office, installation of electrical power panels, upgrade existing grounding system, modify HVAC units and plumbing. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications and plans. There will be a mandatory site visit. Any general contractor who fails to attend will not be qualified to provide an offeror. The NAICS code is 236220($28.5M) ??? Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. ESTIMATED BID RANGE: $100,000 - $500,000. ??THIS PROJECT IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The successful offeror must meet the following GO/NO GO criteria: 1.The contractor must have successfully completed similar projects in a commissioned/operational Federal Aviation Administration Facility. 2.Contractor must provide the name of the facility and a Point of Contact with telephone number with request for specifications and plans. GENERAL CONTRACTORS WHO FAIL TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION WILL NOT RECEIVE SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS. General Contractors who are interested in providing an offer on this project must request the specifications and plans in writing by e-mail, FAX or letter not later than 4:00PM Central Standard Time, June 25, 2004.
