Existing unique dwsign capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Foreign firms are reminded that all request for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency.
