SYNOPSIS: Request for Proposal (RFP) Number: W58RGZ-04-R-0591; PRON: AX4F 0369AX; NSN: 1680-01-513-6990; Quantity: 36 each, plus 1 year of 100% options; Sole Source to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (Cage Code 78286); P/N: 70070-20470-013; Noun: Modification Kit; Applicable to the (BE) UH-60. Deliveries are F.O.B. destination to Texarka na, TX. The required delivery is 36 each, 325 days after contract award. The only approved source is Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) is not owned by the Government and cannot be pur chased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA THAT CANNOT BE RELEASED EXCEPT TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. NO DOCUMENTATION IS BEING RELEASED WITH THIS SOLICITATION. ACQU ISITION DOCUMENTATION IS SOLE SOURCE TO THE RESTRICTED SOURCE OF SUPPLY. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
