Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) plans to issue a task order under a Basic Ordering Agreement for presenting CV-22 Aircraft-related training courses for a 12 month period beginning August 2004. Courses include CV-22 Staff Planner?s Course and the CV-22 Delta Maintenance Course. In addition, the contractor shall be responsible for installing periodic updates of the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) to fileservers located at the CV-22 courseware development facility in Jacksonville, Florida.
