- Description
- The Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida, requires packing, crating, and storage of Household Goods Services for intra-city/intra-area moves for Area I and Area II. The requirement consists of providing personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, other items, and services for the preparation, packing, movement, and storage of household goods, to include a premove survey, servicing of appliances, packaging and packing at owner?s residence to protect household goods properly during transit. Tagging of items, inventorying, loading, weighing, drayage, unloading, unpacking, and placing of each article in owner?s new residence as directed by owner or owner?s designated representative and remove all empty containers and materials from residence. The performance period is a base period with three option years. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 484210 and the Small Business Size Standard is $21.5 Million. This procurement will be awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures outlined in FAR part 13.5, which is the test program. All interested contractors are encouraged to respond via electronic mail to the contracting office point of contact.
