Description

PRONs AX361184AX and AX462271AX, NSN 1560-01-158-5816, PN: 70305-02106-043, Quantity 3100 minimum/6100 maximum, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter. F.O.B. Destination with delivery t o Texarkana, TX, New Cumberland, PA, and Stockton, CA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 250 each, 345 days after contract award (DACA) and 250 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 218 DA CA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 250 each, 230 DACA and 250 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Govern ment has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing da te annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U .S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
