Description
Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office, SSMC4 - Room 7601/OFA61 1305 East West Highway, 7th Floor, Silver Spring, MD, 20910. The U.S. Department of Commerce/National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration/National Marine Fisheries Service intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Roy Cullimore, Ph.D. of Droycon Bioconcepts, INC. (DBI) to continue to provide assistance with the exploration of the RMS Titanic wreck site. The contract involves two parts: 1) NOAA will receive a professionally and accurately translated volume of the Russian research book, which will be authorized by the Russian Academy of Sciences. Delivery date will be one year from contract approval. 2) One of NOAA?s goals in researching Titanic is to support on-going science which can be applied to other shipwrecks or other marine science disciplines. The contractor?s observations, documentation and scientific research generated from the 2004 Titanic expedition will add to NOAA?s growing volume of research on the site. Upon completion of Dr. Cullimore?s research, DBI will submit a final report on his research and copies of his results. Delivery date will be one year from contract approval.
