- A 100% option quantity will be applicable to this RFQ.Note 26 applies. RFQ is for the purchase of 105,000 yards Webbing, Textile, Nylon, Type III, 1 inch width, Camouflage Green 483. NSN 8305-01-062-7050. Quotes are to be based on FOB Destination Albany, GA. Production Leadtime is 120 days after date of award for three deliveries. Commercial Item Description (CID) A-A-55301 dated Nov 15, 1996 applies. Request for quotation SP0100-04-Q-4141 will only be available through the Procurement Gateway. Copies of this request for quotations will be made available on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home at time of solicitation issuance. From the Gateway homepage, select "search RFQs" from the right hand sidebar. Then close the RFQ you wish to download and view these documents you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. In addition, to receive E-MAIL NOTIFICATION OF RFQs you must register with the USER PROFILE feature on the Gateway. Specification/patterns and/or applicable documents can be obtained via http://ct.dscp.dla.mil/Index.html or as an Adobe download from the Assist website at http://assist.daps.dla.mil. An estimated, repeat estimated response date of June 28, 2004 is established for the closing of the RFQ. RFQ will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Important Note on Foreign Content The Defense appropriations and authorization acts and other statutes (including what is commonly referred to as “The Berry Amendment”) impose restrictions on the DoD’s acquisition of foreign products and services. Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012) and “specialty metals” (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
