Description

The US Government seeks to lease approximately 345 square feet of rentable office and related space for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Rentable space must yield approximately 300 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. Proposed space must be located within the following area: Hancock County Mississippi. All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Ten (10) years, with five (5) years firm term. OWNERS AND AGENTS: To express interest, please contact the following office no later than 4:00 p.m. EDST May 31, 2004. Agents must have a letter of authorization to represent the owner.
