Description

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, San Carlos Irrigation Project (SCIP), is soliciting quotations for the purchase of 120 each of oil tube and shaft assemblies, in two different sizes. Oil tube and shaft assembly to consist of line shaft, line shaft coupling, oil tube and line shaft bearing every five feet and assembled in 20 foot lengths. Line shaft specifications: For turbine pump, SISI NO. 1045 steel shaft, turned and grounded, threaded both ends ten threads per inch, left hand thread, one fitted with a strong steel coupling, machined from solid bar stock, wall thickness of not less than 3/8 inch, all "peerless" type threads. Oil tube specifications: For turbine pump of heavy wall extra stong pipe 3 inch X 5 feet length, 10 threads per inch, right hand thread on both ends, "peerless" type, oil tube bearing bronze, in the following dimensions: 1) 3 inch X 1-11/16 inch X 20 foot lengths only, complete, 60 each. 2) 3 inch X 1-15/16 inch X 20 foot lengths only, complete, 60 each. Oil tube and shaft assemblies are to be delivered to SCIP, 13805 North Arizona Boulevard, Coolidge, Arizona 85228. Coolidge is located in Pinal County in central Arizona. Please give estimated ship date(s). Please note, SCIP reserves the right to evaluate the quotes on delivery time.
