- GSA SEEKS INFORMATION ON THE AVAILABILITY OF SPACE IN BELLINGHAM, WASHINGTON AMOUNT: Approximately 1,050 ANSI/BOMA rentable square feet of space and three (3) on-site, outside reserved parking spaces. Space offered should be contiguous and located on the same floor without being split by a public corridor; second floor or higher is preferred. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with daytime cleaning during the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Public transportation and parking must be within three (3) blocks of the building. By occupancy, the leased space and building shall meet the requirements of ADA, the National Fire Act and local fire codes. LOCATION: North of Alabama St. South of Sunset Drive, East of Orleans St., and West of Britton Road. OR North of I-5, South of Horton Road, East of Northwest Road and West of Meridian Street. All properties within these areas will be considered. REQUIREMENTS: Specific services, supplies, and tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Lease term will be for five (5) years firm with a five (5) year option. OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is desired for no later than December 1, 2004.
