Description
The listed questions were received from an interested parties. NOTE: The RFQ due date remains the same, May 27, 2004 at 12 NOON EST. Q1. Will these webcasts be available to the general public or only for a select audience? Is there any estimate of the audience size? A1: Webcasts will be available to the general public. There is no way to estimate the audience size. Q2. In section 4.1.2, it states that 'This conversion must be able to hand slide animations and builds.' Should this be interpreted 'this conversion must be able to handle slide animations and builds'? A2: Yes. 'handle' Q3. In section 4.1.6, it states that 'the contractor shall provide a master CD of specific video-on-demand events...' Is the CD to be used as a self-running presentation of the video event, or is it simply used for file archival purposes? For example, i f a user places the CD in a computer, should it run the webcast event for viewing? A3: The Master CD does not have to auto-start, but it must be a stand-alone version of the on-line version. Q4. Will the Government provide graphics and logos for customization of the Web interface? A4: Yes. Q5. For the live webcast event, will the Government provide any equipment such as cameras and encoding equipment on-site or will this be the reponsibility of the contractor? A5: Any equipment necessary to conduct/produce the live webcast event will be the responsibility of the contractor. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAY-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
