Description

Columbus, OH, J.W. Bricker Federal Building, 200 N. High Street, Renovation and Parking Garage Repair This Modification is issued to announce the following: 1. The Preproposal Conference and Walk-Thru for the J.W. Bricker Federal Building will be held on May 21, 2004 at 10:00 A.M., (Columbus time), 200 N. High Street, Room 306, Columbus, OH 43215. 2. Offerors participation is encouraged although attendance is not mandatory. The walk-thru will provide opportunity for discussion of the nature of the work and problems that may be entailed. 3. No oral statement made by a Government Representative during the walk-thru nor any written record or such oral statement as may be made and subsequently furnished to the offeror will be deemed to have the effect of adding to, modifying, or other wise varying from the written provisions of the invitation for offers. 4. In the event the discussion or question raised during the walk-thru indicate a need to modify the invitation for offers, an amendment to the solicitation will be issued in writing. Any such amendment to the solicitation must be acknowledged in the same manner and under the same conditions as all other written amendments to an invitation for offers. 5. The proposal due date remains the same June 15, 2004 at 4:00 P.M. Chicago time.
