***ATTENTION***CONTACT , ERIC TIPPIT, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, OR CONTRACTING OFFICER, BETTY ALLEN -JONES, AMSAM-AC-LS-C, EMAIL BETTY.ALLEN-JONES@REDSTONE.ARMY.MIL FOR ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS PROPOSED ACQUISITION. PRON: AX4T1050AXAX, NSN: 2995-01-259-0338, PN: 4046T29G13, Quantity: Min: 120 each, Max: 600 each, applicable to the UH-60, T-700 Helicopter, F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. The Required delivery is Min: 120 each, 86 days after contract a ward (DACA). This item is restricted to Bae Systems (63760), and General Electric Co. (99207), because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. General Electric has dec lined to participate and will not be solicited. Bae Systems is the only approved source. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are e ncouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. This A cquisition contains Technical Data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act(Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Adminstration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outsi de The United States without prior approval of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release f or solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
