- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number applicable to this action is Request For Quotation (RFQ) W15QKN-04-Q-0507. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired ? Statement of Work. The Contractor shall provide 118 each Radio Bracket, Part Number BL-43661 in accordance with Benet Laboratories Drawing BL-43661, Revision B. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. All items shall be shipped to: US Army Benet Laboratories, Bldg. 40, 1 Buffingston St., Watervliet Arsenal, NY (zip code). Packages shall be marked with the Contract/Purchase Order Number and to the attention of: DEPT. OF ARMY, Attn: AMSTA-AR-QAC-T, Benet Labs, Bldg 40, 1 Buffington St., Watervliet, NY 12189-4000 This action is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. For the purposes of this acquisition, the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this action is 334220. This is a rated order pursuant to the Defense Priorities Allocations Systems. The applicable rating is DO-A6. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20, effective 23 February 2004 and Class Deviation 2003-o0003. A copy of the applicable clauses and provisions pertaining to this commercial acquisition are available on the Picatinny Center for Contracting and Commerce internet web site. Offerors are directed to http://procnet.pica.army.mil/ to obtain these. Your attention is drawn specifically to FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items, and the specific evaluation criteria included in paragraph (a) of that provision and FAR 52.212- 3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, a completed copy of which shall be included with its offer.
