Description: Road 247 Rehabilitation: This work consists of rehabilitating the asphalt surface on Forest Road 247. This consists of milling, skin patching, crack sealing, chip sealing and striping. This project begins at the junction of State Highway 11 and Forest Service Road 247, at Headquarters, Idaho. The pre-bid tour will be held on May 20, 2004.
