Description

The U. S. Coast Guard is considering whether or not to set-aside an acquisition for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) concerns only. The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238210 and the small business size standard is $12 Million. The acquisition is to Upgrade Shore ties and Transformer at the Boat Forces Center, U. S. Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown, Yorktown, VA. The scope of the project consists of a Base Bid Item for Replacement of the existing ?S-17? transformer by Building 241; panel board; shore tie receptacles; light fixtures; GFCI receptacles; branch circuit conduit and wiring on the finger piers; and incidental related work.
