Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSARPA) is soliciting proposals for six topics in our second cycle of FY04 awards. We have added two new features in this second SBIR solicitation. A select group of Phase I awardees will be invited to provide Phase II proposals for evaluation, based upon progress against the technical objectives of Phase I, site visits, and monthly and /or final reports. A Fast Track option has also been added to provide the opportunity for small businesses to seek non-SBIR funds from the private sector or government acquisition programs.
