Description

Services are to be provided at VA's West Haven Campus located at 950 Campbell Avenue in West Haven, CT. Services will be provided on an as needed, per diem basis. Performance period will be from August 1, 2004 through July 31, 2005. Solicitation package will include two additional option year periods. NAICS code 621111 applies to this procurement. The solicitation package (approximately 34 pages) can be viewed or downloaded, at no charge, from the link on this page (if no link is shown then solicitation has not been posted yet). Solicitation shall be posted on or about May 19, 2004. Should interested parties wish to obtain a hard copy of the solicitation package, it is available for a non-refundable fee of $30.00, payable by certified check or money order to VA Connecticut Healthcare System.
