Description

The VA Heartland Network 15 Contracting Center intends to award a contract on a sole source basis for the procurement of two (2) Terumo Heart-Lung Perfusion Systems. The intended awardee is Terumo Cardiovascular Systems, 6200 Jackson Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. NAICS code #334510 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Alternate consideration would only be given to vendors that can provide comparable equipment that will be suitable for installation in the available space using existing utilities.
