Description: Service contract subject to the Service Contract Act for the purpose of crushing and stockpiling aggregate and developing the Elephant Mountain Pit and the Fish Creek Material Source Pit on the Diamond Lake Ranger District. The offeror is required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to accomplish the required work. Estimated work period is 15 July through 15 September, 2004. The offeror is required to complete a questionnaire addressing their technical capability, past performance history and hiring practices. See Note 1 and 26.
