- Description
- The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) is considering funding contracts for several activities in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector in Iraq. Among the activities under consideration are the following: 1. Establishment of Women?s Training Center in ICT in Baghdad (approximate cost $1 million); 2. Delivery of a Train the Trainers Program for Iraqis in ICT, to be conducted in Jordan (approximate cost $750,000); and 3. Implementation of an e-learning/d-learning program for Iraqi higher education (approximate cost $500,000). Potential Offerrors for these possible solicitations are invited to a pre-solicitation meeting to discuss these possible solicitations in more detail. Date: May 21, 2004 Time: 9:30 a.m.-12:00 noon Location: USTDA, 1000 Wilson Boulevard, 15th floor, Arlington, VA 22209. At the meeting, government personnel will discuss the requirements and answer questions regarding the possible solicitations for the above-mentioned activities. Proposed Terms of Reference and budgets for the activities to be discussed at the meeting will be posted on this website in advance of the meeting. If you have questions, please submit them by email at contract@tda.gov at least two working days prior to the meeting. Attendance is limited to no more than two persons from each potential Offeror. The names and titles of attendees should be furnished to Joshua Sussman (jsussman@tda.gov) at least two working days prior to the meeting. Attendees must report to the USTDA Business Center, 1000 Wilson Boulevard, 15th Floor, Arlington, VA 22209.
