- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Raytheon Technical Services Company, 3 Van De Graaff Drive, Burlington MA 01803, for a not to exceed amount of $3,900,000.00. The BOA will cover a three-year period with two one-year options. This BOA will support the following efforts: Research and Development (R&D), engineering support services, test and evaluation, maintenance and repair, purchase of test equipment, software and data in accordance with Contract Data Requirements List. All support will be in accordance with a Statement of Work. The job orders issued against this BOA will be primarily for the support of the AN/UYA-4(V) and AN/UYQ-21(V) . The systems consist of various configurations of display consoles large screen displays, converters, switchboards, remote communication stations, data readouts, and other associated equipment and firmware required for integrated operation of the system in a shipboard environment. The systems are intended to operate as an element of such systems as the Navy Tactical Data Systems (NTDS), Ship Command and Control Systems, the AEGIS Weapon System, and Anti-Submarine Warfare Systems. Procurements under the BOA will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis will satisfy the BOA requirement to issue a synopsis for job orders on a semi-annual basis.
