Description

Major work items include removal of trash, mud and debris, removal of abandoned cabling, removal and replacement of ladders, removal and replacement of deteriorated cable splices, removal and replacement of defective sump pumps, removal and replacement of defective electrical cabinets, light fixtures, contactors, receptacles, enclosures and other components, removal and repair or replacement of defective concrete, removal and replacement of defective manhole covers, removal and replacement of parging and/or waterproofing. Project Range: between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. All work shall be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation will be available only electronically on the Department of Interior's National Business Center website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and will be available O/A May 10, 2004. PAPER COPIES WILL NOT BE MADE AVAILABLE. All vendors should be pre-registered onto the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) at the internet site http://www.ccr.gov. All prospective contractors are required to have a Department of Defense clearance and Cage Code at the Confidential level or higher. Classified Documents will be available for review by appointment at the White House Liaison, Office of Design and Construction after verification of clearance level. More Information will be available in the solicitation package. Responsible offers will be accepted at the address listed in the solicitation in hard copy with the manual authorized signature of the company. Facsimile offers will not be accepted. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at anytime. This announcement does not constitute the solicitation. End of announcement.
