Description
Modify Solicitation number HSCG40-04-Q-20204 to read as follows. 1. Change Class Code to 83. 2. Applicable SIC is 2399 and NAICS is 314999. 3. Cancel amendment 4, issued in error as a duplicate. 4. Add the quantity for Item 0001, 8345-01-041-4995, Pennant Award Coast Guard Unit Commedation Pennant, quantity is 786 each. . 5. Add the quantity for Item 0002, 8345-01-298-7403 Flag Coast Guard Organization, Quantity is 75 each. 6. Add the following Item as Line Item 0005., 8345-00-242-0267, quantity 26 each, Flag 3 Star Out 43X62, Drawing Number 5-7-10 Size 6, Flag, Organizational, U.S. Coast Guard Vice Admiral (3 Star) (Area Commander) Outdoor, Size 6; Heading: Duck, Type 1, class 2 with grommets. Design to be appliquéd using stitch type 304 With not less than 44 stiches per inch. Stars and emblem to appear on both sides of Flag with opaque backing to avoid strike through. Letters and numerals to read from left to right on both sides. Emblem shall be silk screen produced. Material: Base Flag – Heavyweight nylon (Old Glory Blue 80075); Emblem and Stars – Heavyweight Nylon (White 80002). All made IAW MIL-F-2692H and Drawing 5-7-10. Preproduction sample required. Individually packaged IAW Paragraph 5.1.1.1 and Paragraph 5.2.1. individually marked IAW MIL-STD-129P. Bar Coding is required IAW ANSI/AIM BC1. INSPECTION AT DESTINATION.
