- Description
- All of the system’s components should be built by the same manufacturer for ease in troubleshooting and maintaining the integrated unit, and for ordering expendable supplies. Generic features would include computer controlled instrument; compact footprint; medium to large capacity (60 beakers of 100 mL size) carousel (round) sample processor/changer; titration head with stirrer, temperature probe, and pH and/or ion selective electrode; laser printer; 120 voltage. A thorough operational use and maintenance session must be provided. An instrument guarantee/warranty period is required. The computer-controlled instrument should include a data management system, operating system, and titrimeter control software. Be simple to program and modify. An automated waste sample aspiration device, and an automated sample pipetting/diluting device as optional equipment that could be field installed in the future is requested. Future expansion capability to allow for additional pumps for adding multiple reagents. All electrical cords, signal cables and connectors are needed. Hardware and software capable of future network connection is requested. The unit should perform set endpoint and dynamic endpoint titration. Possess electrode inputs for pH, ion selective, and polarized electrodes. Have a differential amplifier for low-conductivity (non-aqueous) media. This requirement has been extended thru March 31, 2004. All interested parties must submit a quote no later than 2:00 P.M. EST. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-MAR-2004). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 05-MAY-2004, BUT REAPPEARED IN THE FTP FEED FOR THIS POSTING DATE. PLEASE CONTACT fbo.support@gsa.gov REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
