Description

All labor, material, equipment and service necessary for road construction project located on the Laytonville Indian Rancheria in Mendocino County, Northern California, in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. The estimated start date is August 2004, and estimated project completion time is 90 days after Notice To Proceed. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This is a set-aside project in accordance with the Buy Indian Act. Contractors must be Native American, member of a Federally Recognized Tribe, must own at least 51% of the company, and participate on a day-to-day management of the company. Bid documents will be available at no charge on/about May 22, 2004.
