Description

The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), intends to issue a software upgrade modification to the ICE Contract Number COW-4-C-0101. The purpose of the modification is to integrate the Link 16 (Satcom J) into eight P3 Airbone Early Warning aircrafts by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 (b)(2) to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, Dept F862, Zone 0582, 86 South Cobb Drive, Marietta, GA 30063. The Link 16 equipment and integration will require Air Defense Integrator (ADSI) input from APC of Texas as a subcontractor. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation for offers.
