Description

The contractor will provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain and repair the light use chair lifts and passenger elevators, (including their intercoms and intercom master stations) of the Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS), Japan District. The contractor shall provide these services in such a manner as to ensure continuous, reliable and safe equipment operation. Services shall include tri-annual preventive maintenance/inspections for 30 chair lifts/elevators located in DoDDS schools located throughout Japan. The contractor will also be responsible for responding to both routine and emergency service calls. The government anticipates award to a single source on a firm-fixed price basis.
