- Description
- The Library of Congress intends to negotiate and award a Firm-Fixed Price type contract on behalf of Facility Design and Construction Office for Design Services. This requirement is for the following task: The task shall include but are not limited to field survey space and create as-built architectural power; Data and Furniture plans; generate work requests and related CAD drawings; inspect installations for conformance to plans; escort contactors; assist furniture inventory; update design library; prepare design boards. The following personnel will be needed (2) CAD Operators, (2) Junior Designer. All work is to be completed on site, at The Library of Congress, Facility Design and Construction Office, and shall be performed between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Work shall be done using Microstation 95, Project Layout, and Word Perfect, following all established standards. Either the COTR or Project Manager will review all work on a daily basis. Final selection shall be based on resumes submitted and personal interviews. The NAICS code is 541410 with a size standard of $6.0. The solicitation number is LOC04-R-2191. The solicitation for this requirement will be available on or before May 18, 2004.
