Description

The work consists of installing three access ramps, installing a new gate headwall structure at the outlet, constructing a outlet operating platform, installing two 48 inch by 96 inch sluice gates and constructing a walkway to the gate structure. Also, the existing gates, gate hardware and headwall are to be removed. Furthermore, a trash barrier will be constructed at the inlet structure. The estimated value of proposed work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 dollars. There are fourteen (1 4) sheets in the set of drawings. This will be an unrestricted procurement. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS is 237990. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $28.5 million.
