Description

Notice to Intent to Use Other Than Full and Open Competition: The U.S. Government currently occupies 93,840 rsf of space at 2155 Eagle Drive, North Charleston, SC under soon-to-expire lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a superceeding lease at this location based on economic, mission and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation costs. All services, supplies, utilities and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
