Description: We intend to award on a sole source basis to Langmuie Labortory for Atmospheric Research, New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, 801 Leroy Place, Socorro, New Mexico 87801 for technical assistance on the WSMR Total Lightning Mapping Array (LM A) which was developed by Langmuie Laboratory for Atmospheric Research, New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology under a previous contract.
