- SERVICES NON-PERSONAL: The Operational Contracting Division, Tinker AFB, OK is soliciting proposals for 100% Small Business Set-Aside to provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, services and other items necessary to perform Multimedia Services (MMS) for 72 CS and 552 ACW at Tinker AFB, OK. MMS includes, but is not limited to the following types of services: photographic services, negatives, prints/slides/images, public affairs and aerial photography, video production services, graphic arts services, exhibits, certificates, electronic slides, 35mm film slides, vu-graphs, master artwork/graphic design, video teleconferencing support (VTC), and maintaining a digital filing system. The Period of Performance include a Base Year and up to four (4) one-year Options to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. A best value Contractor will be selected using source selection procedures as outlines in FAR Parts 12 and 15. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) system in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity. Contractors may access the CCR at www.ccr.gov. The NAICS Code is 541430. The SIC Code is 8099. The Size Standard is $6.0M. A Request for Proposal (RFP) is scheduled for release on or about 07 APR 04. A Site Visit/Industry Day will be held at Tinker AFB, OK in the near future. Details of this site visit will be detailed in the forthcoming RFP regarding the time, date, and location of events. This source list is coordinated to facilitate subcontracting opportunities only and will be released periodically to this solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies for commercial contracting contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
