- Description
- Provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to maintain, repair, move and install Government owned appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ice machines and electric ranges in military family housing at RAF Alconbury, RAF Molesworth, RAF Upwood, RAF Brampton, RAF Chelveston and economy housing in local surrounding areas. Service maintenance and repair tasks shall be in accordance with the procedures recommended by the respective appliance manufacturer. Period of performance will consist of a base period, 17 May 04 though 30 Sep 04, and two option years. This requirement is restricted to proposals from the UK only. The Request for Proposal package will be available for downloading and viewing at Electronic Posting System (EPS) at http://www.eps.gov . A pre-proposal conference and site visit will not be held. Proposals are due not later than 4:30 pm local time on 07 May 04. All proposals and other documents required with proposal submittal shall be in paper medium. Questions related to this requirement must be submitted in writing to 423rd Contracting Flight, Attn: TSgt Elizabeth Hilton, Bldg. 542, RAF Alconbury, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE28 4DA or via fax 01480-823169, or email elizabeth.hilton@alconbury.af.mil . All contractors interested in receiving notification of updates/amendments to the solicitation posted on EPS are urged to enroll on the website mailing list for this acquisition. Those contractors enrolled will be notified automatically of any changes made to the RFQ through their email addresses. No telephone requests will be accepted.
